I really, really wanted to think of a question to ask, but in the end it, asking a question would've been irrelevant. My mind has been made up since my torch was lit.
Sandra, we never ever talked. I'm sure you knew that I was going, yet you didn't even have the decency to AIM me or PM me and get to know me at all. You made absolutely no attempt to get to know me on a personal level. You didn't do anything to secure my vote. Your tribe lost all the challenges, if there was no double Tribal Council and tribe swap, there's absolutely no chance you would have ever ever made the Final 3. You lucked out big time, and you should be thankful that a twist and several voting errors brought you this far.
Yau, where was the heart? It honestly disappoints me that you made it this far. You were never ever around, and honestly, you didn't care about this game at all. We were talking and you when the subject of the game in general came up, you said this,
"It's a non GTS game. It's unimportant." Exact words.
To me, that's a huge slap in the face to just about everyone. It's a slap in the face to the Tom, to the prediction writers, to Colby, and all of us who actually played their heart out in this game. You didn't care about this game one bit and I don't think you ever had an respect for it at all. I know you had other things to attend to, but I did too, and I found an equal balance. You didn't. We're friends in the internet world, but in this so-called "unimportant game" ( ) you're dead to me.
Shane, you are absolutely deserving of winning. I know a lot of the criticism that's been going around is that "you didn't play strategic enough" because I don't think you needed to play a strategic game that much. You won all those immunity challenges, and you did what you needed to do in order to get to the end. You made an effort to look less threatening than me, and it definitely worked. And there's no hard feelings about that. You kept winning all those immunities, and you just sat back and watched that alliance self-destruct. You played this game amazingly and we definitely formed a strong bond.
I absolutely love how you remember how I made fun of Eliza for making all those ridiculously long and unnecessary words in a feeble attempt to look smart when she was obviously using some kind of program (Sorry Eliza, that's just how I felt ;D)
You played your heart out. A lot of these challenges required you to sacrifice your own time in order to win, and since you won all those challenges, it just proves how committed and invested you were in this game. And I'm so proud of you. You helped lead the Zeapores to victory after victory in the early stages of the game. You were the ultimate underdog post-merge. You deserve it. As much as other people desperately wanted you gone, they failed and you persevered. In my eyes, that's what a true Survivor is.
Feel free to respond, all three of you.
